We are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. James Cash is a registered building surveyor (Registration No.B0135) under the Building Control Act 2007, which is administered by the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland.
The purpose of the statutory register is to ensure that anyone using the professional title of ‘Building Surveyor’ has the recognised qualifications, training, and experience in accordance with the provisions of the Building Control Act 2007. This new statutory register provides members of the public with reassurance that Building Surveyors listed on the register are qualified professionals who comply with the strict codes of ethical and professional practice.

I grew up in Wexford, and currently live here with my family. Getting involved in my local communities is very important to me, as I have assisted local clubs during the planning and development of past projects. I graduated from the University of Estate Management, with a Diploma in Building Surveying, which is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). My hobbies include cycling, walking and other outdoor activities. Throughout my professional career, I have completed a number of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, as listed below. I am a registered member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (N. B0135), and I pride myself on my professionalism, attention to detail and ability to take on a challenge.
